How it’s made
We want our art to last. We use high quality materials such as acid free / archival paper and locally sourced wood from family lumber mills. Our pieces are made with a mixture of our hands, hearts and machines. Everything is hand assembled and crafted in Ann Arbor. We strive for consistency. Sometimes pieces will differ ever so slightly from what is pictured. For example, wood grain texture or color may vary. This is the nature of handmade artwork. Don’t worry, you will love it.
Caring for your new art
Though our work is delicate by nature we recommend playing with and handling the pieces. Just be sure to have clean hands so bright whites don’t get smudgy. The pieces are surprisingly resilient and will last a long time if carefully handled. When not in use, place the pieces on a shelf or hang them away from cats. An occasional dusting or light spray of compressed air will also keep items in tip-top shape.

We process our payments through PayPal. We accept all major credit cards: You do not need to have a PayPal account. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you prefer to kick it old school with a check or well concealed wad of cash, that’s OK too. Just send a note along with payment telling us what you’d like, your email address and where you’d like it sent. When we receive the payment, we will email you and process your order. You will be emailed a receipt automatically when you place an order. If PayPal freezes or the internet gets confused along the way don’t freak out, just email us here and we will get you sorted out.
Orders are usually sent out 0-5 business days. Our work is rarely out of stock but if we become delayed we will immediately send you an email.
We ship via Priority US post. If you need something in a hurry because you forgot your first anniversary and it’s tomorrow and you need the perfect paper gift, email us here before placing your order. We will do our best to work it out.
We are happy to send work to one address and bill to another. Leave us a note in PayPal’s "Note to Seller" box when you check out as to clarify your request.
99% of the time our work arrives in pristine condition. If you find yourself with a faulty or damaged piece, please let us know within 48 hours. Ship the item back to us within 7 days and we will be happy to immediately send out a replacement item, and apologize for the headache.
If you are unhappy for another reason, send the item back within 7 days for a full refund. Let us know the reason for the return and your PayPal email address. Please give us up to two weeks to process your refund.
